Edifici modular més alt d’Espanya, fins al moment, construït amb 104 mòduls tridimensionals de formigó que donen lloc a 45 habitatges de protecció oficial en un edifici de planta baixa més 8 plantes. L’obra es va executar en un temps rècord de 11 mesos i 1 setmana i amb una baixa petjada ecològica i baixos nivells d’emissió.
