Spain’s tallest modular building to date, built with 104 three-dimensional concrete modules, offers 45 affordable housing units in a ground floor plus 8-story structure in Barcelona. Completed in a record time of 11 months and 1 week, this modular construction project achieved a low environmental impact and reduced emission levels.
